What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve your BELLANICCI handbag before it is manufactured. Your order secures your place in our production schedule, and your handbag is crafted specifically for you after your purchase has been confirmed.
Our Manufacturing Process
Once your order and payment have been received:
- Your order is reserved and scheduled for production.
- Premium materials and hardware are allocated specifically for your handbag.
- Skilled artisans begin the handcrafted manufacturing process.
- Each handbag undergoes detailed quality inspections before packaging and shipment.
- Once your order is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Production & Delivery Timeline
- Production begins after your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed.
- Estimated production time is approximately 16 weeks.
- Delivery times may vary slightly due to manufacturing, quality control, material availability, holidays, customs, shipping carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We will provide email updates throughout the production process whenever significant milestones are reached.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After the 48-hour cancellation period, your order is considered in production and cannot be canceled.
- Once production has begun, modifications to style, color, hardware, or shipping information may not be possible.
Refund Policy
Because every BELLANICCI handbag is handcrafted specifically for each customer, all sales are final once production has begun.
Refunds are only available if:
- Your order is canceled within the 48-hour cancellation window.
- BELLANICCI is unable to manufacture or fulfill your order.
- A refund is required under applicable law.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Delays that remain within the estimated production timeframe
- Natural variations in leather grain, texture, stitching, or color that are characteristic of handcrafted luxury goods
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Include your order number, photographs of the item, photographs of the packaging, and a description of the issue.
- After review, BELLANICCI will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.
Shipping
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
