Returns must be initiated within 14 DAYS of the original order’s arrival.
Merchandise must be in unused condition with all labels attached to the product and original packaging intact.
Returning multiple products or orders will result in a longer processing time while we check each product.
Customers returning products internationally must pay all associated duties and taxes for the shipment, or BELLANICCI will not be able to accept the return.
We do not accept returns on Jewelry, unless in unopened condition.
All sale items are final.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs + fees.
USA: A return label will be provided and return costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
INTERNATIONAL: You are responsible for purchasing your own shipping label plus all applicable duties and taxes.

Why was my order canceled?
We begin processing orders immediately in order to ship as quickly as possible. Any orders with missing information will be canceled as we are unable to process the order without the missing information. Please email us so we can investigate further.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we will be unable to process your cancellation. Once an order is placed, it is processed and our fulfillment team begins shipping right away. Even though you don't have a tracking number, our warehouse has already started— all in an effort to get your order to you as fast as possible. Eligible items can be returned once received. Please review our Return Policy here.
I returned an item, when can I expect my refund?
Your refund will be processed once our warehouse receives and inspects your return. Our inspection process can take up to 14 days after being RECEIVED.
Why can’t I return my bag?
All Bags are FINAL SALE.
I need my order soon, do you offer priority shipping?
No, we can only accommodate standard shipping.
Can I change my address?
If you need to change your address, please reach out to us as soon as you can. Orders are processed immediately but we will do our best to assist. If your order has already been processed there is nothing we can do and you will have to contact the courier for further assistance.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We can only ship to P.O. boxes in the United States.
I ordered the wrong size, can I change it before it ships?
We begin processing orders immediately in order to ship as quickly as possible. At this time, we cannot change any orders once they are placed. We recommend repurchasing the product you are interested in, while separately processing a return.
I’m sending this order as a gift, do you provide gift receipts?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping services or any special handling at this time.
Why do I have to sign an affidavit?
We need this document to properly file a claim on your behalf. If your order is lost, we have to report it to the shipping courier. By signing and returning the affidavit you are confirming the details of your lost package.
My package never arrived, what do I do?
Please email us if your package hasn’t arrived after two days from when it was marked delivered.

Can I change my address to another country?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
Can I pick up my items from the warehouse?
Orders cannot be picked up from our warehouse. Our warehouse is not open to the public for any reason and only authorized personnel are allowed.

What are the care instructions for my Bags, Wallets, and Belts?
To clean, dab with a clean, dry cloth and mild, unpigmented leather cream
Avoid prolonged exposure to intense sunlight, heat, and humidity
Avoid exposure to water, oils, makeup, and permanent dyes
To prevent scratches, regularly apply leather conditioner and avoid exposure to rough surfaces
Leather is a natural material that will develop texture variations and acquire a patina and may darken over time due to handling and use. Leather conditioner and other leather products can be used to repair scuffs and scratches.
Occasionally, dye from clothing or other dark-colored accessories can transfer onto the wallet due to friction, heat, or humidity. This happens because the dye in the dark-colored item has not been properly released or sealed. This effect may vary depending on the color of the wallet and the material and dye used on these other items.
To prevent this issue, please avoid wearing lightly-colored items in direct contact with dark-colored items, especially if the dark-colored items are made of materials that are known to transfer color easily, such as denim.
Is there a way I can tell if the BELLANICCI bag someone sold me is fake?
We can’t authenticate any bag not sold directly from us. Wait for the drop!
Is there a warranty for your bags?
No, we don’t provide warranty for our bags. We can only assist if the item arrived damaged.
Do you offer customization services for your bags?
No, at this time we don’t offer customization services.
What are the care instructions for my Jewelry?
Keep away from moisture. Allow perfumes and lotions to dry before wearing. Remove before showering, working out, and before going to bed. Keep jewelry in its protective case when not in use. Use a soft cloth to gently clean and remove any residue.
